Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. All customs and duties are covered by us. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-15 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is accepted. Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
